In order to get a job, one first needs to identify the motivators that lead in starting look for a job. Then, one can realise what stands in his/her case and, combined with his/her studies, knowledge, competences, and interests, decide which job will be good for him/her.
This activity aims to help the TCN understand what motivates people in having in job. The mentor will distribute to the TCN a table listing different motivators that lead an individual to look for a job (Annex 1.6.1) and will ask from the TCN to select those that he/she agrees with. The TCN will have the right to leave some options behind and provide some new. Upon analysing the results, the mentor will ask from the TCN to reflect on them.

Implementation Steps
The mentor distributes to the TCN the table listing the reasons why an individual could start looking for a job. He/she asks from the TCN to tick those options that he/she agree with, having the right to omit some. Also, he/she explains that more options can be provided, urging the TCN to do so.
Upon completion of the table by the TCN, the mentor picks the forms up and takes some time to conclude on which of the options where selected more frequently.
When having the results, the mentor presents them to the TCN and asks from him/her to reflect upon them. He/She emphasises the frequency of the answers in order to present to the TCN the tendencies. He also comments on the options that were selected less or omitted and asks from the TCN to think why this has happened. At the end of this process, he/she asks from the TCN that provided new motivators to explain more.
